Welcome, restaurateur, to the pages dedicated to companies involved in the production, distribution, and selling of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. First, let's clarify the types of alcoholic beverages that are marketed in our country. To begin, we can make a simple distinction between the production of national and international alcoholic beverages. At Eggify, you will find not only the best companies specialising in the resale of alcoholic beverages but also the best liquors on the market at the best prices. We understand that every restaurateur has unique needs, and our goal is to meet all market demands. Selling of Distilled Beverages Also known as spirits, distilled beverages sold in our country encompass a broad category derived from the distillation of a fermented substance. Some distilled beverages available in the Italian market vary in alcohol content and are enriched with additional ingredients such as starch, fruit, and flavors to enhance their taste and make them unique. Among the most notable are whisky, vodka, tequila, rum, gin, cognac, and many others. Notably, English alcoholic beverages include the widely appreciated London dry gins, while vodka is produced throughout Northern and Eastern Europe. On these pages, you will find French, Polish, Swedish, Ukrainian, and, of course, Russian vodka. Among the popular Japanese alcoholic beverages, sake (distilled from rice) and the highly esteemed Japanese whisky are highly appreciated. Selling of Fortified Beverages These beverages also start with a fermented base, but as the name suggests, they are "fortified" by adding additional alcohol to increase their alcohol content. Often, the alcohol used for fortification is brandy. Among the most famous and best-selling fortified beverages is vermouth, which remains highly appreciated and consumed throughout Catalonia. In these pages, you will find dozens of companies that produce and sell "homemade" vermouth. Selling of Liqueurs and Creams These beverages are made by combining water, alcohol, sugar, fruit, spices, or aromatic herbs. The varieties and types of liqueurs and creams marketed can be numerous, depending on the chosen ingredients and experimental combinations. In Italy, almost every region boasts the production of its own typical liqueur or cream; for example, Limoncello from Capri and Nocino Benvenuto liqueur. If you want to offer something different, unusual but always delicious, we also suggest Mastiha, a Greek liqueur made from resin. When it comes to the commercialization of non-alcoholic beverages, we refer to the following types of drinks, divided into the categories listed below: Selling of alcoholic free drinks Non-alcoholic drinks are divided into four main categories: - Beverages sold under the name of one or more fruit juices: These beverages contain at least 12% fruit juice. - Beverages sold under the name of a non-juice fruit: Typical examples include chinotto and cedrata. - Beverages sold under a fancy name: This category includes a wide range of drinks such as cola, bitter, tonic water, which may also contain plant extracts and caffeine. - Soft drinks: Simple beverages composed of water, sugar, lemon essence, citric or tartaric acid, and carbon dioxide. They do not contain colorants. Fruit Juices Fruit juices are non-fermented beverages that retain the aroma, flavor, and color of the original fruit. They are obtained through the mechanical extraction of juice from the fruits. It is useful to distinguish between: - Fruit juice: Contains 100% natural juice. - Nectar or fruit juice with pulp: Obtained by adding water and sugar to natural or concentrated juice, these beverages generally contain between 40% and 50% fruit. Syrups Syrups are products obtained from fruit juices or plant extracts with a significant amount of added sugar, which can range from 60% to 70%.
