About REKE CAFES
Café Reke is a coffee supplier in Valencia since 1968, offering coffee in both formats for hospitality and capsules.
The company José García e Hijos S.L. was born by chance in 1968 when two brothers, José and Adolfo, agreed to establish a company dedicated to the production, packaging, and sale of coffee. Their beginnings were very tough and humble, starting in a small 15-square-meter ground floor in the town of Requena (Valencia), with a simple 15-kilogram roasting machine.
They manually packaged coffee, one packet at a time, and marketed it in the town of Requena, surrounding villages, and nearby towns with a motorcycle. Today, Café Reke is a recognized and established company that distributes coffee in the best cafes in Spain.
What do REKE CAFES do?
Café Reke carefully selects and processes the coffee bean that best suits the needs of each hotelier and/or distributor, customizing the coffee in terms of both origin and blend.
All of this takes place in their facilities, spanning over 2,800 m2 and equipped with the best technology for coffee roasting.
Within the range of coffees designed for hospitality, we highlight:
Arábicus Blend Coffee:
A blend of 100% Arabica coffees, composed of 5 origins grown at over 1,000 meters altitude, processed naturally and washed.
Golden Grain Coffee:
A blend that incorporates Arabica origins with a touch of Robusta, achieving a balance between flavor and strength resulting in a round cup with a noticeable strength note.
Premium Cream Coffee:
The blend is exclusively composed of selected Robusta origins to balance strength and body. It offers a dense and dark crema, with a powerful and full flavor and a high caffeine content.
Specialty Café Coffee:
A 100% blend of Arabica coffees, processed naturally and washed, providing an elegant, clean, and balanced cup with defined nuances, prolonged flavor, and pleasant notes.
Decaffeinated Coffee:
Four decaffeinated blends covering the entire coffee range, with different proportions of robusta and arabicas.
