About GREGOLETTO

The Gregoletto family boasts a long tradition in the world of wine, as evidenced by some documents that indicate that, already at the beginning of the seventeenth century, it cultivated vines on the hills of Premaor di Miane. To accentuate the historical character there is the building that houses the cellar, obtained from a seventeenth-century structure.

Today the company owns eighteen hectares of vineyard land, located in the middle and high hills, in the municipalities of Miane, San Pietro di Feletto and Refrontolo.

What do GREGOLETTO do?

Sparkling Prosecco is produced with the method of natural fermentation in the "surlie" bottle. The company produces, in addition to Prosecco and Verdiso dei Colli Trevigiani IGT, Merlot dei Colli Trevigiani IGT, Cabernet del Colli Trevigiani IGT, Colli di Conegliano DOCG Bianco and Rosso, Manzoni Bianco dei Colli Trevigiani IGT and Grappa di Prosecco.

The grapes are pressed on the same day and the musts obtained are kept divided by place of origin.

In the spring following the harvest, Prosecco is bottled in three different versions: the still, which the Gregolettos have always considered the family gem, the Extra Dry sparkling wine and the sparkling.
