The company was founded in 1984 by the Garrigó family, with a long tradition of shellfishers and fishermen on the Costa Brava.
It was the first European company to produce and market sea urchin yolks, raw and preserved, to the most famous restaurants in our country, which until then had not known the excellence and culinary possibilities of these small sharp echinoderms.
