Over the course of more than 100 years, five generations of a family of butchers have dedicated themselves
and encourages the artisanal production of sausages and other charcuterie products from its premises
workshop of La Llacuna, in the area known as Gran Penedès.
Using select cuts of meat, Mallart prepares both raw and cooked specialties and
cured, all of them owed to recipes and a very traditional preparation.

Mallart Artesans Xarcuters' personal art of doing it right and conscientiously has been passed down from father to son for five generations in the form of products that have earned a reputation for quality and that offer great flavors always with their own style. The sausages are prepared one by one, by hand, in an artisanal process, recovering recipes and production processes from local memory and without losing the essence of their origins. This is the case of the pâté de la Llacuna, a small gastronomic treasure resulting from the know-how of the people of Llacuna.
The recipe for the unique character of Mallart products is very simple: it combines equal parts territory, craftsmanship, quality and tradition, spices it up with the aroma of know-how and adds a handful of commitment.
