History
El Encinar de Humienta S.A. was founded in 1998, driven by the vision and experience of the Collar and Yartu families, who, with their deep knowledge of the meat sector, provided the know-how necessary to position it as a leading company in the beef industry in Spain.
Thanks to its growth and market consolidation, El Encinar de Humienta has established a Joint Venture with OSI Foods, creating the company ENOSI Foods Ibérica S.L. Through this strategic alliance, all mature cattle slaughtered in its facilities are marketed, further strengthening its position in the sector with a focus on quality and efficiency
