Collfred is located in Vidrà and we have always been farmers. From generation to generation, the techniques and learning of the rural world have been transmitted, and more specifically of cattle breeding.
In 1992 “Collfred Meat and Sausages” was born to dedicate itself to raising livestock, to making and selling artisan and traditional meats and sausages and to preparing prepared dishes following the recipes of the grandmother.
Our artisan and traditional sausages are made following the guidelines of our ancestors, obtaining as a result an authentic artisan sausage.
