CAFÉ TAZA BENDITA is made up of a small team specialised in the distribution and commercialisation of speciality coffees, sourced from the best Colombian coffee-growing areas, using the product harvested from our own farms.
My entrepreneurial story
My name is Wilson de J. Peláez, and I am the founder of CAFÉ TAZA BENDITA, a project that began five years ago with a small team specialized in marketing specialty coffees, sourced from the best coffee-growing regions in Colombia, using the product harvested from our own farms.
Although I was an employee of a very important company in Bogotá, I decided to create Taza Bendita with the purpose of interpreting the experience, sensitivity, dreams, hopes, and challenges of coffee farmers; based on the experiences of my father, Jesús Emilio, at the Finca La Palmera in Jericó, for over 55 years.
I identified opportunities such as low prices, difficulties in hiring collectors, the urgency to protect water sources, and the need to maintain tradition. To improve processes on the farm, I invested in an ecological pulper and organic fertilizers to enhance a coffee already differentiated.
Currently, I support other coffee farmers who have high-quality coffees and the energy to fulfill their wonderful dreams.
I have partnered with the best roasters, distributors, and logistics companies to respond to the needs of my customers.
Today, I wish for you to be part of this story, to create together a new coffee culture, fairer to coffee farmers, collectors, and the environment.

We provide fresh experiences; We are a connection between the best coffee growers and lovers of exclusive coffee. We currently grow our own coffee on the family farm with more than 55 years of coffee experience.
We deliver fresh coffees (ground roast and beans) to Colombia and the world.
We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico South America and several European countries in small quantities.
