Ours is a family business with 20 years of experience in the canning and delicatessen sector.
We come from a long family tradition of artisan anchovies, being the first to market a product of the highest quality without the use of blanching processes and by hand-grinding the anchovies, extracting the bones from the inside with tweezers and reducing the salt to 3%.
